Users are solely responsible for the content they upload to Zoe AI. By uploading content, users acknowledge and agree that they own or have the necessary permissions to use and share such content. We are not liable for any claims or disputes arising from the content uploaded by users. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoe AI from any legal action, costs, or damages resulting from their uploaded content.

Zoe AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Please refer to the current Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy for detailed information.

WE AFFIRM that our use of Google user data fully complies with the Limited Use requirements set forth in Google's User Data Policy and the Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy.

You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.
